If I’m having telephone sessions can I call you outside of our session time?

The number you are given for telephone sessions is used only for sessions. There is no voicemail service and we are not able to receive calls of any other nature on this number. In the event that you need to cancel an appointment for instance, you can contact your therapist directly. You can find their contact details here. In the event of a crisis we advise you to contact your GP or to go to your nearest A&E where you can access emergency support.  You can also contact the Samaritans.
